Monday - Thursday                         $150.00 per night (2 persons)
Friday - Sunday                             $175.00 per night (2 persons)
Germanfest/Octoberfest $200.00 per night (2 persons)
Major Holidays $200.00 per night (2 persons)
Each additional guest                       $15.00 per night
Children 3 and under                      Stay Free

RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT WITH MAJOR CREDIT CARD.

Cancellations made within the week of your visit will be charged full price of one night.
Cancellations for Holidays/Germanfest/Octoberfest will be charged $100 processing fee.
All other cancellations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.

Policy:

Check in : 3:00pm or after
Check out: 12:00 noon
Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
No ATV's
No firearms
No fireworks
Fires are allowed in designated areas only when the County "Burn Ban" is not active.
Not responsible for items left behind. Will hold for 7 days only for pickup.
No pets - $100 fee for noncompliance
No smoking - $100 fee for noncompliance
A minimum of $100 fee will be charged for excessive cleaning needed after checkout.
A minimum of $200 will be charged for ANY damage to property or removal of ANY household items
Koesler Haus LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at any time
Koesler Haus LLC nor its owners are liable for any damages or injuries to guests or their property while on premises
